Purchasing and managing add-ons
On some plans, you can purchase add-ons to get access to additional features or increased usage limits.
There are two types of add-ons: recurring add-ons, and temporary add-ons. Recurring add-ons are added to your plan and increase your recurring subscription cost, while temporary add-ons are purchased for a one-time fee and do not increase your recurring subscription cost.
Recurring Add-ons
You can purchase add-ons when you first purchase a plan that allows add-ons, or you can purchase them at a later date. Once purchased, these add-ons will be available immediately from the time of purchase and will automatically renew with your subscription, unless you manually cancel them before your subscription renews.
- Open your dashboard at app.louper.io and navigate to

>Plan & Billing
and clickManage Plan
. You may also find this button in the top right of the dashboard. - Click
Add or remove Livestream Rooms, Teammates, Storage on your Account
- Adjust the sliders as needed, then confirm your subscription changes
Adding Livestream Rooms, Teammates, Storage or Add-ons to your Studio account is instant. You will be billed a prorated amount for the additional features for the remaining days in your current billing cycle. On the first day of your next billing cycle, you will be automatically charged the full amount (your base account plus your chosen Add-ons).

Add or remove Livestream Rooms, Teammates, Storage on your Account
- Adjust the sliders as needed, uncheck the add-ons you no longer want, then confirm your subscription changes
Your Add-ons will be available until the end of your current subscription period. When your subscription renews, these Add-ons will not be billed for and they will no longer be available on your account.
Removing Add-ons from your plan
You can remove additional rooms, teammates and storage from your account, and cancel any other add-ons before your next subscription renewal.
Temporary Add-ons
Temporary add-ons are purchased for a one-time fee and do not increase your recurring subscription cost. They are available for a limited time, and will not renew with your subscription.
Increase room participants
This allows you to temporarily increase the maximum number of participants that can enter a chosen room. This add-on is available for certain plans only, check our pricing page for more information.
- Open your dashboard at app.louper.io and find the room you want to increase the maximum number of participants for
- Click the
More
(3 dots) button, then clickIncrease Room Participants
- Select the number of participants and the duration of the add-on, then click
Continue
- Check the details of your purchase and click
Confirm purchase and pay
Your room participant limit will increase by your selected number of participants as soon as payment has been made. The expiry time of the participant increase will be displayed on your room card in the dashboard. The increase will remain valid for the duration purchased, and an invoice will be automatically emailed to the team owner.
If your participant add-on expires while your room is in session, the participants in the room will be able to remain until the end of the session. However, additional participants will not be able to join or rejoin the room once the add-on has expired.
