Requirements

High quality streaming can be achieved on modest systems. See below for specific requirements for streamers and participants.

For Streamers

• a Louper account (sign up here)
• LBS - our free desktop streaming app; or a hardware encoder
• if streaming from a computer: Mac or PC with a 4-core CPU and 16GB of memory
• stable internet connection with download and upload speed of at least 10mbps (ethernet recommended)

For participants

• a room link and password
• mobile, tablet, laptop or desktop running Firefox, Chrome, Edge or Safari
• stable internet connection with download / upload speed of at least 5mbps (ethernet recommended)
