Assigning files to a room

In order to view video files inside a room, files must be assigned to a room.

Assign files to room

• From your dashboard at app.louper.io, click the Files menu item in the left sidebar
• Navigate to the folder containing the files you would like to assign to your room
• Check the desired room from the Room Assignment dropdown
• Click Save

In order for participants to be able to view a file inside a room, the file must be assigned to the room before the participant joins

Unassign files from room

• From your dashboard at app.louper.io, click the Files menu item in the left sidebar
• Navigate to the folder containing the files you would like to unassign from your room
• Uncheck the room from the Room Assignment dropdown
• Click Save
