Uploading and managing files

You can upload videos, still images and audio files to your Louper account. These files can be viewed in sync with other participants in a Livestream Room, or a Presentation Room. Participants can add Timestamped Comments or annotations to files in a live session. Files can also be shared with collaborators in Review Links and Showcases.

📄️ Uploading files

1. From your dashboard at app.louper.io, click the Filespaces menu item in the left sidebar

📄️ Assigning files to a room

In order to view video files inside a room, files must be assigned to a room.

📄️ Removing files from a room

1. From your dashboard at app.louper.io, navigate to the Livestream Room or Presentation Room you would like to remove files from.

📄️ Previewing files

Video files can be played in your dashboard (outside your room).

📄️ Downloading files

1. From your dashboard at app.louper.io, click the Filespaces menu item in the left sidebar
