Increase room participants

You can temporarily increase the maximum number of participants that can enter a room. This add-on is available on Pro and Team Accounts and allows an additional 8 participants to enter a chosen room.

Accessing the add-on​

You can access the add-on in two ways:

  • Find the room you’d like to increase participate limit for and click on the more button (three dots), then select Increase Participant limit
  • Click on the Manage Plan button in the top right-hand corner of your dashboard, find the room you’d like to increase participate limit for, then click on the Increase participant limit button for the desired room

Purchasing the add-on​

  • Click on the drop-down menu to select the the duration of your add-on:
    • Increase participant limit for 24 hours
    • Increase participant limit for 7 days
  • Click continue
  • Check the details of your purchase and click confirm purchase and pay
  • Your room limit will increase by 8 participants as soon as payment has been made.
  • The increased room limit will remain valid for the duration of your add-on (24 hours or 7 days).
  • An invoice will be automatically emailed to the account owner

The daily increased limit will be valid for 24 hours from the time of purchase. The weekly increased limit will be valid for 7 days from the time of purchase. The expiry time of the participant increase will be displayed on your room card in the dashboard.

If your participant add-on expires while your room is in session, the participants in the room will be able to remain until the end of the session. However, additional participants will not be able to join or rejoin the room once the add-on has expired.
