Upgrade from Plus to Pro

  • Open your dashboard at app.louper.io and click Manage Plan at the top right of the page
  • Select Pro plan, then click Next
  • Check the Plan Summary details are correct, then click Confirm

Upgrading from Plus to Pro is instant. You will be billed a prorated amount for the upgrade to Pro for the remaining days in your current billing cycle. On the first day of your next billing cycle, you will be charged the full Pro amount.

Downgrade from Pro to Plus

  • Open your dashboard at app.louper.io and click Manage Plan at the top right of the page
  • Select Plus plan, then click Next
  • Check the Plan Summary details are correct, then click Confirm

The downgrade will take effect from the first day of your next billing cycle. For example, if you downgrade from Pro to Plus two weeks before the end of your current billing cycle, then your account will be downgraded to Plus at the end of your current billing cycle. You can see the details of your upcoming bill in the Your next bill section in Settings > Plan & Billing.

Viewing details of your current plan

Go to Settings > Plan & Billing. In the Plan section, you will see details of the Plan you are currently on, including service tenure dates and billing frequency

Viewing details of your next bill

Go to Settings > Plan & Billing. In the Plan section, below the heading Your next bill you will see details of your next payment.
