Cancel subscription or downgrade plan

Cancel subscription (downgrade to Free plan)

Users on self-serve plans can downgrade to the Free plan in-app.

  • Open your dashboard at app.louper.io and navigate to SettingsTeam SettingsPlan & Billing and click Manage Plan. You may also find this button in the top right of the dashboard.
  • Click Cancel Subscription
  • Follow the prompts to continue and confirm your downgrade

Your account will be downgraded to the Free plan at the end of your current billing cycle and you will not be charged again. If you change your mind before the end of your current billing cycle, you can navigate to Team SettingsPlan & Billing, click Manage Plan and select the Undo Cancellation button.

Downgrade plan from Studio to Starter

If you are on a Studio plan, and would like to downgrade to a Starter plan, you will first need to follow the steps above to cancel your subscription (downgrade to Free plan).

Your account will be downgraded from the Studio plan to the Free plan at the end of your current billing cycle. You can then follow the steps below to upgrade your plan from Free to Starter:

  • Navigate to SettingsTeam SettingsPlan & Billing and click Manage Plan. You may also find this button in the top right of the dashboard.
  • Click Upgradeand choose Starter
  • Follow the prompts to complete the upgrade.

You can purchase a new plan at any time in the future.
