Cancel subscription (downgrade to Free plan)

Users on self-serve plans can downgrade to the Free plan in-app.

• Open your dashboard at app.louper.io and navigate to Team Settings > Plan & Billing and click Manage Plan. You may also find this button in the top right of the dashboard.
• Click Cancel Subscription
• Follow the prompts to continue and confirm your downgrade

Your account will be downgraded to the Free plan at the end of your current billing cycle and you will not be charged again. If you change your mind before the end of your current billing cycle, you can navigate to Team Settings > Plan & Billing, click Manage Plan and select the Undo Cancellation button.

You can purchase a new plan at any time in the future.
