Cancel Subscription (Downgrade to Free plan)

Users on Plus and Pro plans can downgrade to the Free plan in-app. Studio plan users can contact support@louper.io to request plan changes.

• Open your dashboard at app.louper.io and click Manage Plan at the top right of the page
• Select Free plan, then click Next
• Enter a downgrade reason and click Next
• Check the Plan Summary details are correct, then click Confirm

Your account will be downgraded to the Free plan at the end of your current billing cycle and you will not be charged again. If you change your mind before the end of your current billing cycle, you can click Manage Plan in Settings > Plan & Billing and undo the downgrade.

tip

You can purchase a Plus or Pro subscription again at any time in the future.
