Add an HDMI/SDI video source

• Click the + icon at the bottom of the Sources panel and select Video Capture Device
• In the Device dropdown, select your USB capture device
• Select the desired settings from the Preset dropdown (the highest resolution preset is usually at the bottom of the dropdown menu and is called 'Highest')
• Ensure Use Buffering is unchecked
• Click OK

The first time you run LBS on macOS you may be prompted to grant LBS access to your webcam or video device. Grant the required permissions when prompted.
