Showcases
Showcases are an elegant way to present both in-progress and completed work. By enabling the Downloads feature, you can use Showcases to share final deliverables with your clients. You can also use Showcases to create a showreel of your work.
Creating a Showcase
From the Filespaces page
- In your dashboard at app.louper.io, navigate to the Filespaces page and open the Filespace for the project you’re working on.
- Navigate to the files you’d like to share.
- Right-click on those files, and choose
Create Showcase
- Give your Showcase a name, configure settings, then click
Next
. - Arrange the order you'd like files to be reviewed in and click
Create
. - Share the link with your collaborators.
From the Showcases page
- In your dashboard at app.louper.io, navigate to the Showcases page.
- Click
Create Showcase
. - Select the files you'd like to include in the Showcase. Note that you can only select files from a single Filespace.
- Give your link a name and configure settings.
- Choose a color theme, then click
Next
. - Arrange the order you'd like files to be reviewed in, then click
Create
. - Share the link with your collaborators.
Viewing a Showcase
- A Showcase will first open on the overview page, displaying all the files in the link. Click the file you'd like to view. If there is only one file, that file will open automatically.
- Click on the
Play
button to play the file. - Select another file to watch in the drop-down menu, or return to the overview page by clicking the
Back to all files
button.
Downloading files from a Showcase
If downloads are enabled, you can click the Download All
button on the overview page of the Showcase. Each file in the Showcase will be downloaded.
If you’d like to download an individual file, you can click on the file in question to open it in its own page, then click the Download
button.

Files will be downloaded in their original format.
Managing Showcases
- In your Louper dashboard, click on
Showcases
in the sidebar page to see an overview of all the Showcases in your team. - You can also navigate to your project’s Filespace and click on the
Showcases
tab to view all the Showcases specific to that Filespace - Showcases can be marked as “Active” or “Inactive” by clicking the toggle button
- You can click the
Copy link
button to share the Showcase, or click on theOpen link
button to open it - Clicking on the
three-dot
Actions button allows you to edit or delete the Showcase - Selecting
Edit
will open the Showcase settings dialog, where you can change the Showcase name, download settings, colour theme and add, remove or re-order the files in the Showcase.
