Pricing and Billing
Does Louper offer monthly billing?
Our subscription periods are quarterly (three months) and annual. We do not offer month-to-month billing.
Can I pause my subscription?
No. Once your payment has been processed, your account is active and will remain so until your subscription period ends. At the end of your subscription period, your subscription will automatically renew, unless you downgrade to a free plan beforehand.
If I downgrade my account to a free plan before my subscription renews, will I still have access to the paid plan features?
Yes, if you downgrade to free, you will retain access to all the features of your paid plan until the end of your subscription period.
How many rooms and teammates are included in the Studio Plan?
The Studio plan is modular. The base Studio plan includes 1 Livestream room, 5 teammates and 1TB of storage. You can increase these as needed, up to a maximum of 3 Livestream rooms, 20 teammates and 10TB of storage. Additionally, Studio users can purchase two optional add-ons: the Louper StreamConnect app and Custom Branding.
Can I add extra rooms, teammates or storage to my plan?
You can add additional rooms, teammates and storage to your Studio plan. You will pay a pro-rated amount for the remainder of your subscription period. When your subscription auto-renews, the additional items will be included in the renewal unless you downgrade or remove these items beforehand. The Starter plan is a fixed package: it is not possible to add extra rooms, teammates, or storage on this tier.
If I have a larger session coming up, can I increase the participant limit for my room?
Yes, on our Studio plan, you can purchase a temporary increase in the participant limit for a Livestream Room. You can add either 5 or 15 extra participants for a duration of 24 hours or one week.
Can I increase the participant limit for my room on a Starter plan?
No, it’s not possible to increase the participant limit on a Starter plan.
If I sign up for a Starter plan, can I later upgrade to a Studio plan?
Yes. If you are currently on a Starter plan, you can easily upgrade to a Studio plan by clicking on the ”Manage Plan” button in your Louper dashboard. You will pay a pro-rated amount for the remaining period of your subscription. When your account auto-renews at the end of the billing period, you will be charged the full Studio subscription fee.
