Purchasing and managing a subscription

Upgrading from Free to a paid plan

Self-serve subscriptions are paid by card.

  • Open your dashboard at app.louper.io and navigate to SettingsTeam SettingsPlan & Billing and click Upgrade or Manage Plan. You may also find this button in the top right of the dashboard.
  • Select the plan you would like to purchase and configure the plan details if needed
  • Enter the required information and follow the rest of the prompts to complete the purchase

Only Team Owners and Admins (with billing) are able to access and update plan and billing information.

Purchasing an Enterprise plan

Upgrading your existing paid plan

If you are on a Starter plan, you can upgrade to a Studio plan at any time. If you are on a Studio Plan, you have the ability to purchase additional rooms, storage, teammate seats and other features at any time.

To upgrade from a Starter Plan to a Studio Plan:

  • Open your dashboard at app.louper.io and navigate to SettingsTeam SettingsPlan & Billing and click Upgrade or Manage Plan. You may also find this button in the top right of the dashboard.
  • A Manage Plan modal will appear, where you have the option to view your current plan details, upgrade your plan to Studio, change your billing frequency, enquire about our Enterprise plan, or cancel your subscription.
  • Click the Upgrade to Studio button
  • Choose your custom limits and follow the prompts to complete your upgrade to the Studio Plan.

To purchase additional Rooms, seats, storage and add-ons on the Studio Plan:

  • Open your dashboard at app.louper.io and navigate to Settings › Team Settings › Plan & Billing and click Upgrade or Manage Plan. You may also find this button in the top right of the dashboard.
  • A Manage Plan modal will appear, where you have the option to view your current plan details, add features to your plan, remove features from your plan, change your billing frequency, enquire about our Enterprise plan, downgrade your account or cancel your subscription.
  • Click the +Add Rooms, seats, storage, add-ons button
  • Select the Rooms, seats, storage or add-ons you’d like to add to your subscription and confirm your changes.

Upgrades are instant. You will be billed a prorated amount for the upgrade for the remaining days in your current billing cycle. On the first day of your next billing cycle, you will be charged the full amount.

Upgrading from a Legacy plan to a new plan

Users on a Legacy Team plan, or on a Legacy plan with monthly billing, should contact support@louper.io to request plan changes.

If you purchased a subscription before November 18, 2024, you will likely be on a legacy plan. You can upgrade to a new plan by following these steps:

  • Open your dashboard at app.louper.io and navigate to SettingsTeam SettingsPlan & Billing and click Manage Plan. You may also find this button in the top right of the dashboard.
  • A modal will appear with an option such as Upgrade to Louper 2.0 or Upgrade to a new plan
  • Follow the prompts to complete the upgrade
