Purchasing and managing a subscription

Upgrading from Free to a paid plan

Self-serve subscriptions are paid by card.

  • Open your dashboard at app.louper.io and navigate to Team Settings > Plan & Billing and click Upgrade or Manage Plan. You may also find this button in the top right of the dashboard.
  • Select the plan you would like to purchase and configure the plan details if needed
  • Enter the required information and follow the rest of the prompts to complete the purchase

Purchasing an Enterprise plan

Enterprise plans are available by contacting sales. Visit our pricing page for more information and to contact us.

Upgrading your existing paid plan

If you are on a paid plan, you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. If you are on a plan that allows you to purchase additional rooms, storage, teammate seats or other features, you can do that too:

  • Open your dashboard at app.louper.io and navigate to Team Settings > Plan & Billing and click Upgrade or Manage Plan. You may also find this button in the top right of the dashboard.
  • A modal will appear where you can either upgrade to a higher plan, or purchase additional features (depending on your current plan)
  • Follow the prompts to complete the upgrade

Upgrades are instant. You will be billed a prorated amount for the upgrade to a higher plan for the remaining days in your current billing cycle. On the first day of your next billing cycle, you will be charged the full amount.

Upgrading from a Legacy plan to a new plan

Users on a Legacy Team plan, or on a Legacy plan with monthly billing, should contact support@louper.io to request plan changes.

If you purchased a subscription before November 18, 2024, you will likely be on a legacy plan. You can upgrade to a new plan by following these steps:

  • Open your dashboard at app.louper.io and navigate to Team Settings > Plan & Billing and click Manage Plan. You may also find this button in the top right of the dashboard.
  • A modal will appear with an option such as Upgrade to Louper 2.0 or Upgrade to a new plan
  • Follow the prompts to complete the upgrade
