Viewing plan details

Viewing details of your current plan​

  • Open your dashboard at app.louper.io and navigate to Team Settings > Plan & Billing and click Manage Plan. You may also find this button in the top right of the dashboard.
  • Click Show current plan details. You will see details of the Plan you are currently on, including billing frequency and service tenure dates.

Viewing details of your next renewal​

  • Open your dashboard at app.louper.io and navigate to Team Settings > Plan & Billing and click Manage Plan. You may also find this button in the top right of the dashboard.
  • Click Show current plan details. In the Next Cycle section, you will see the date of your next renewal as well as plan details for your next billing cycle.

Viewing invoice history​

  • Open your dashboard at app.louper.io and navigate to Team Settings > Plan & Billing
  • Scroll down to the Billing History section
  • Click View Invoice to view the details of any invoices listed. You can also download the invoice as a PDF.
