Debug Window & Log Files

You can open a live Debug window in Louper StreamConnect for macOS and locate log files for easier troubleshooting.

To open the Debug window:

1. Open the Tools menu in Louper StreamConnect
2. Select Show Debug Window
3. The Debug Log window will appear on your screen

To export log files:

1. Open the Tools menu in Louper StreamConnect and select Reveal Log Files
2. Or click on the Reveal Logs button in the Debug Log window
3. Choose the relevant Louper StreamConnect log according to date and time
