Add NDI source in LDE

In the Sources panel in LDE:

  1. Click the + button and select NDI source from the dropdown
  2. In the Source name dropdown, ensure that the selected NDI feed is from Premiere Pro
  3. Click OK

The first time you run LDE on macOS you may be prompted to grant LDE access to your webcam or video device. Grant the required permissions when prompted.

If you’re using macOS Sequoia 15 or later, or have recently upgraded to Premiere Pro 2026, you may need to enable Local Network permissions for Premiere so that LDE can detect your NDI source.

To enable Local Network permissions for Premiere:

  1. Make sure Premiere Pro is closed
  2. Go to System System Settings › Privacy & Security › Local Network
  3. Find Adobe Premiere Pro and turn the toggle on
  4. Open Premiere Pro and enable NDI
  5. Open LDE and add the NDI Source
