Referral Link Program

We occasionally run Referral Link Programs, which allow you to earn account credit by inviting others to join Louper. When someone signs up using your team’s unique Referral Link, they will receive credit to use on their first purchase. If they successfully purchase a Louper subscription, your Louper team will also receive credit to use on your next purchase.

Referral Links are tied to the team they are sent from. The credits are awarded to the team owner, not the individual teammate who shared the link.

  1. Log in to your Louper account at app.louper.io.
  2. Expand the Team sidebar menu and select the team you’d like the link to originate from.
  3. Navigate to the Referrals page in the sidebar menu of your dashboard.
  4. Under the Invite heading, click on the Copy Link button to share the Referral Link via email.
  5. Or you can share the link directly from Louper, by filling in the email addresses of your contacts under the Share via email heading.

Earning credit as a referrer​

Regardless of who shares the Referral Link (owner, admin, collaborator, or member), the referral credit always goes to the Team Owner.

When a new user successfully signs up using the team’s Referral Link, they will receive a credit on their account. If they then purchase a Louper subscription, the referring team will also receive a credit on their account.

If more than one referred user successfully signs up and purchases a subscription using your team’s Referral Link, your team’s credit will be updated to reflect the new amount. The accrued credit will be automatically applied to your team’s next purchase. Credit amounts and limits are subject to the terms of the current Referral Program.

Earning credit as a referee​

When a new user signs up for a Louper account using a Referral Link, they will receive credit on their Louper account. This credit will be applied when they upgrade from a Free plan to a paid subscription. Referee credits are valid for 30 days from the date of successful signup.

Tracking your Referrals​

You can easily monitor the status of the referrals for your team:

  1. Navigate to the Referrals page in the sidebar menu of your dashboard.
  2. Click on the Track heading.
  3. Successful Referrals lists the users who have signed up to Louper using your team’s Referral Link. If any of these users upgrade to a paid Louper subscription, their status will be updated to “Completed” and the credit awarded to your team will be reflected in the Reward column.
  4. Pending Referrals lists the email addresses of contacts who have been sent the link via the Louper dashboard but have yet to sign up.

If you copied the Referral Link and emailed it directly to your contacts, their email addresses will not show up under Pending Referrals. Those email addresses will only appear under Successful Referrals once they have successfully signed up for a Louper account.

Viewing your credit​

Users can easily view the credit on their team’s account:

  1. Select the correct team in the Team menu on the far left of your dashboard
  2. Navigate to Team Settings > Plan and Billing.
  3. Scroll down to Account Credits

Using your credit​

  1. When upgrading your account or purchasing add-ons, any credits linked to your account will be automatically applied to the invoice and deducted from your purchase.
  2. If your purchase amount is less than the credit discount amount, your account credit will be updated to reflect the remaining balance.
  • If a Referral Link Program is actively running, you will see a Referrals page on the side menu of your Louper team’s dashboard.
  • Referral credit is non-transferable between accounts. Please ensure you are signed in to the correct Louper team before sharing or redeeming a Referral Link.
  • There are limits to how many credits a team can earn through the Referral Link program.
  • Please visit the Referrals page in the sidebar menu of your Team’s Louper dashboard to see the most up-to-date Referral Link credit amounts, limits, successful signup definitions and expiry terms for the current Referral Link program.

Louper reserves the right to update or terminate the Referral Link Program, or modify these terms, at any time.
