Leaving a Louper Team

If you have been part of a Louper Team and your time on the project has come to an end, you may wish to leave the team, or hide it from your dashboard.

Leave a Team

If the team allows teammates to leave without request, you can leave the team from your dashboard:

1. Sign in to your Louper account.
2. In the side menu of your dashboard, go to the team you’d like to leave.
3. Click on the “more” button (three dots) and select “Leave Team”.
4. The owner and Admins of that team will receive notification that you have left the team.

Request to leave a Team

If the team does not allow teammates to leave without approval, you can send the team Owner and Admins a request to leave the team:

1. Sign in to your Louper account.
2. In the side menu of your dashboard, go to the team you’d like to leave.
3. Click on the “more” button (three dots) and select “Request to Leave Team”.
4. The owner and Admins of that team will receive notification that you have requested permission to leave their team. They will be given the option to approve or deny the request.

Hide a Team

You can also hide a team from your side menu:

1. Sign in to your Louper account.
2. In the side menu of your dashboard, go to the team you’d like to hide.
3. Click on the “more” button (three dots) and select “Hide Team”.
4. You can tick the “Show Hidden” check the box at the top of your team list to show your hidden teams.
5. To move a hidden team back to your main team list, just click on the “more” button for the team and select “Unhide Team”.
