Version Stacking
In your Louper dashboard, uploaded files of the same type can be added to a Version Stack, allowing easier management of multiple versions of an asset. The most recent version of a file is placed at the top of the stack, and is the default file viewed in playback. You can also select other versions in the stack to view or compare.
- A Version Stack can be assigned to a Room, or shared asynchronously in a Review Link
- Two versions within a Version Stack can be selected and compared against one another in the dashboard, in a Review Link, or in sync with participants in a Room.
📄️ Creating and managing a Version Stack
You can drag a file on top of another file in your Filespace to create a Version Stack. You can also drag a new file onto an existing Version Stack, to place that file at the top of the Stack.
📄️ Comparing Versions in a Room
You can assign a Version Stack to a Livestream or Presentation Room to view or compare versions together with your participants.
📄️ Comparing Versions in a Review Link
You can add a Version Stack to a Review Link, allowing collaborators to view, compare or download versions of a file.
