Multiple participants can share their screens in a Louper Room at the same time. You can Focus a single Screenshare to view it large in the player, or you can Pin up to four Screenshares to view them in a tiled layout. All participants see the Host’s layout by default, but the Host can choose to disable the layout sync, allowing participants to manage their own layout.
Focus and Pin Screenshares to the Viewer
When there are two or more Screenshares in a Room, you will see a row of Screenshare thumbnails below the player.
- Hover over the thumbnail you would like to add to the player, and click
Pin. - This Screenshare will now be added to the player in a tiled layout.
- To remove a Screenshare from the player, hover over the relevant thumbnail and click the
Unpinbutton. - To focus on one Screenshare in the viewer, hover over the thumbnail you’d like to view and click the
Focusbutton. This will remove all other pinned Screenshares from the player.
View layouts in sync, or independently
- To turn sync off, the Host can hover over the player and click the
Everyone is following your layouttoggle. - All participants can now Focus, Pin or Unpin Screenshares from their own player, without affecting the layouts other participants are viewing.
- To turn the layout sync back on, the Host can hover over the player and click the
