Cannot hear or see other participants in room

If you cannot hear or see other people in a room, or if they cannot hear or see you:

• Refresh the room page
• Ensure that the correct webcam and mic is selected before clicking the 'Go!' button
• When you speak, a blue ring around your video thumbnail should light up. If it doesn't, check your mic levels in your computer's system preferences
