Jump Desktop Audio when using Louper Transmit

If you are unable to monitor the audio out of your edit timeline while using Jump Desktop, you may need to troubleshoot the Jump Desktop Audio settings in the remote machine’s Audio Midi Setup.

  1. Go to the Applications folder on your remote computer
  2. Navigate to Utlities > Audio Midi Setup
  3. In Audio Devices, click on Jump Desktop Audio 8 ins / 8 outs
  4. select Configure Speakers
  5. In the Configuration drop down, select 7.1 and click Apply
  6. Then set it back to Stereo and click Apply again
  7. Open Premiere Pro and ensure the Audio Monitor in Louper Transmit is set to Same as System
  8. In System Settings, ensure that the sound output is set to Jump Desktop Audio
  9. You should now hear the audio from your Premiere Pro timeline on your local setup.
